At Sheep and Salt, we want you to love every item you receive. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Return Window

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

- Unworn and unwashed

- In original condition with tags attached (if applicable)

- Free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, or pet hair

Final Sale Items

The following items are non-returnable:

- Sale/clearance items

- Jewelry and accessories

- Gift cards

- Items marked "Final Sale" at checkout

Exchanges

Need a different size? We're happy to offer one free exchange per order (U.S. only). Reach out to us at sheepandsalt.com to start the process.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within

5-10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once it's processed.

Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. If

that happens, please contact us with a photo so we can make it right.
